The purpose of the Memorial Choir Booster Club is to provide financial assistance and support services to all the choir programs at Memorial High School. It is our goal to assist the Director(s) in promoting students’ interest and participation in choir along with promoting student leadership and responsibility. The Executive Board wants your input and ideas and will do its best to answer any questions you have.

Email is our primary source of communicating with both parents and  students throughout the year, so it is very important that we have accurate email addresses in our database for both our choir students and their parents. Please take some time to fill out this form so that we can build our database! 

We ask that ALL PARENTS fill this out every year. It only takes a few minutes. You only need to fill out the "Guardian #2" questions if you are a household family and want to be sure that all communications go to both houses.  You can always put 2 or more names, phone #'s and emails in the Guardian #1  boxes if both husband and wife wants to be included.  Please also take a  moment to fill out the Time and Talent survey so the Board knows how you would like to contribute to the Choir program.

Have you participated in our SCRIP fundraiser? 

It's so convenient and a great way to support our choir program and your child's personal expenses.

Here are the dates for SCRIP orders and Pick Up:

November due date: WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 8.  Pick up will be NOVEMBER 20 at PIZZA RANCH

December due date: WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 6.  Pick up will be on DECEMBER 18 at the CONCERT

 Please mail, hand the order to Zach or place it in the purple box in the choir room
